Abstract

The NUST community identified institutional culture as one of the critical areas to change during the transformation. The University appointed Sensemaker to conduct the Life@NUST CultureSCAN from 18 February to 18 March 2016 to gain an understanding of the current culture at NUST. Sensemaker produced a report of the themes emerging from the survey to inform the culture changes necessary at NUST.
