This course is offered in the first semester of the third year of study to Environmental Health Science students towards their Professional degree in Environmental Health. The course aims to build on the knowledge acquired by students in the previous Air Pollution and Noise (APN 612S) course. It is a relevant and integral part of the curricula of the qualification focusing on water safety, sources of environmental pollution, and Environmental Management Systems involving Environmental Impact assessment and Environmental Auditing Processes. It is presented in four (4) units, each with its own learning outcome(s).
