Clinical Care Theory II

The Clinical Care Theory II course has been designed to introduce advanced aspects of trauma systems, affording the student the opportunity to use fundamental knowledge and understanding to analyse and evaluate current practice and guidelines, and thereafter create improved responses to important challenges. Furthermore, the course aims to explore clinical examination considerations and techniques to construct a differential diagnosis. The course also aims to introduce the application of medical imaging within the emergency medical care setting, allowing the student to evaluate trauma patients in the emergency setting.
