Abstract

Teaching and learning in higher education are colliding with forces of change that are diverse and significant. These forces are believed to range from globalisation and technology; and these have great influence on shifting student and employer expectations. Aligning teaching and learning to the new changes requires transformation in higher education practices. In this presentation, TLU team will introduce the new PGCHE (Post-Graduate Certificate in Higher Education) in teaching, learning and technology that is designed to foster innovative pedagogies to address the changing landscape observed in modern Universities and the ever changing diverse learning needs of students.
